Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method.

Returns & replacements

• Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened packs for reasons of taste or preference.
• If a product arrives damaged, leaking, expired or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the pack and invoice. We will replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Online payments go back to the original method; Cash on Delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
